This kids are just growing and understanding life and they need good role models specially where they spend most of their time. "Short commute to work, average 8-15 minutes. I do not hop on highway. I only take main roads, so I miss a lot of the bad morning commute traffic. However there is 7 lights for my short commute that always seem to take forever. "

"Have lived in neighborhood 30+ years. Great area, little through traffic. walking distance to recreation center and park. A short bike ride to Chic's beach, close to JEB Naval base. everything you nedd is within a mile. This includes gas, grocies, cafes, medical, fire station, Taylor's hardware."

"Have lived here for over 30 years. Well built custom (mostly older) homes. One of the safest neighborhoods in Virginia Beach. Very convenient to good schools, Rec center and Naval base. A great neighborhood to raise children."
