Both bedrooms are very spacious with ample closet space, custom shades and with brand new carpets, while the rest of the home has coretex vinyl flooring. There is a full bathroom with a shower over tub off the hallway and a second master bathroom with a large shower. In addition to lots of cabinets and closets, there is also a very large, partially finished 500 sqft attic, which the tenants can use for storage. Across a small courtyard is a separate structure, which can be used as a one car garage, but it is an even better wood working space, artist's studio or craft room.
