The home has a newer furnace/Water Tank, and AC has recently been serviced. This home comes fully stocked kitchen with cookware and dishes.
Large driveway can accommodate 2-3 vehicles.
Great local parks nearby as well as the adorable Palomino neighborhood coffee shop only a few minutes away.
This is a non-smoking home. Pets are Ok with added pet rent. Non-refundable $38 application fee for each person. Professionally managed. The manager will not accept comprehensive reusable screening reports.
Qualifications include but are not limited to monthly income to be at least 2.5x the monthly rental rate for the single room. Applicant to provide 2 most recent pay stubs or an offer letter from employer for verification of income. Minimum 650 credit score, Favorable background check, and provide photo ID. The manager will set up a meet and greet with the other roommates to schedule a tour of the house and the room for lease.

    "Over the 15 years we've lived here the neighborhood has significantly changed. Of course the changes in Austin over that time are pretty drastic and significant as well. We love this place, it's like a little bit of country in the City. Especially pulling into our small neighborhood on Pecan Springs from the 51st Street side before it doglegs up to Springdale. The amount of work we've put into our home and the landscaping has made it difficult coming to terms with leaving. Have to look at the bright side; change is good."
