If you are looking for a shorter lease, we will do a 7 month or longer lease. This is a cute 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in a great neighborhood with new paint and all new carpet. Hardwood floors in the large kitchen, with laundry hookups. No pets or smokers please. It is close to schools, Draper Rec. Center, golf course, hiking and biking trails. The house is 3000 sq. ft total with the basement unfinished and with a lot of storage area. The main bedroom is large with vaulted ceilings and ensuite bathroom with walk in closet, tub and separate shower. The living room has a fireplace and also vaulted ceilings. The yard is small and does not have a fence and behind the house is a detached two car garage. We require a credit and background check with a credit score of 700 or higher.

A 7 month minimum lease with a $1500 deposit, $750 is refundable. No pets or smokers. We will be making appointments to show the property.
