This home has a huge master bedroom with a large walk-in closet. It has an open concept that allows anyone in the kitchen to view the main living area (which includes a fireplace), as well as into the dining area. Additionally, this home includes very nice front and back covered decks with a fenced in back yard.

Pets (dogs and/or cats) are allowed (no more than 2) with a non-refundable pet deposit for each pet. Please note: *Exclusions to dangerous breeds, rodent, and some reptile species.

Landlord will furnish: Existing Samsung front loader Washer and dryer and lawncare. Tenant will be responsible to keep sticks and/or pet waste (if pets are approved) picked up.

Been more than 3 murders in the past 4 years within 5 min of this property and the crime type still has a presence here but that is what happens if you gentrify a area fast it takes time to change a whole area "
