This Old North Knoxville Dutch Colonial Revival style house has been totally transformed. From old vinyl siding to beautiful wood shingles; you'll love the beautiful restored wood flooring, updated kitchen and bathrooms including an all new full bathroom upstairs; new tile, new fixtures and cabinets, new appliances, and an all new deck!. This house has three large bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an additional split bathroom/laundry room on the first floor. The best of both worlds; modern systems (newer roof, separate HVAC for upstairs and down - upstairs HVAC and ductwork is new - all systems that are not new have been updated within the last decade) combined with so many historic features. This house is a must see!

"People walking their dogs and kids riding bicycles. It reminds me of my younger days growing up in Louisiana. Neighbors are extremely cordial and everyone talks to each other. It is very diverse which I really like. "

"There’s a dog on a dead end street and it’s always outside and laying in the middle of the street when you walk your dog it will chase you. I haven’t seen it most of this winter but other than that he’s very loud and small. But he won’t actually bite he just follows people and your dog too."

"From the time I moved here in 1999 to the present, this area has undergone an overwhelming change. Over that period, large houses divided up into as many as 11 apartments each have been returned to single-family ownership (three within view of my house) and just about every house in my viewshed has been renovated or is undergoing restoration. It is a fantastic place to live - neighbors watch out for one another, the sidewalks are awash with joggers and dog walkers, and there are ever-increasing amenities - a grocery store within walking distance, pubs, and the normal downtown stuff (actual downtown is an easy bike ride away). Best decision I ever made was to move here from West Knoxville."
