About this House

70's Bungalow Farm House. Literally in the middle of a field. Great place to get your mind right. Very private, peaceful place with gorgeous views of the rolling Platte County countryside. 2 BR 1 Bath with garage and basement below. Nice big yard. Ie: more than average amount of mowing. This small house is NOT fancy. Very utilitarian. Does have some Gravel Road to Access.

"I have always felt safe here. The management is wonderful. If you need anything fixed, they are on it. There’s a beautiful pond that you can walk around and a little park for the children. You can put out your lights in your bird houses and your flower baskets and make your patio or deck as cozy as you want. Very quiet area although you can’t hear some traffic."

"Dog friendly neighborhood! Lots of dogs in our neighborhood! On leases of course. All dogs that we know, are friendly. We set out water in the summer, for those owners who walk their dogs by our house."

"I feel safe , everyone is friendly & we visit with several on our block. We live on a partial end of the block . Our street ends & then goes into a small baseball park & it’s about quarter of a mile Thur a wooded area before you actually get to the baseball fields. It’s a nice walk to regroup the days end. We love living here. That’s also why at the gate to the park/baseball fields you see deer , rabbits , maybe a raccoon. Lots of birds too!"
  • Crystallinker

"This neighborhood has a definite small town vibe despite being so close to KCMO. You are easily within reach of most KC sites while still feeling far away from the city business. This is a quiet town with plenty of restaurants and a big name grocery store with a Starbucks. "
