There are 3 bedrooms on the main level, but the additional living area in the basement (which includes laundry and a bathroom) gives you plenty of options with sliders to the backyard. You could make a game room, office, bedroom, or maybe make the whole basement your master bedroom area...whatever you want! There's plenty of room to spread out! Once the warmer weather hits you'll be able to enjoy catching some rays and summer BBQs in the spacious yard. Tenant responsible for utilities, maintaining yard, and trash removal.

"People always walk their dogs in town. There are lots of sidewalks and it’s pretty safe. I’ve never had a stray dog approach me. "
  • Familylife247.usa
"Middleborough is a Beautiful and safe community to live and raise a family in. Politically Middleborough is an overwhelmingly conservative township for Massachusetts, voting (R) for over 150 consecutive years. The town is quiet and friendly with a strong emphasis on faith and family as most residents attend church every Sunday. Middleborough is also the 2nd largest town in Massachusetts in terms of land area, covering a enormous 72.2 square miles."
  • Besx
"This is a neighborhood where most people keep to themselves. Everyone knows each other by sight but may not communicate. If you needed something though, most would happily help out. It’s getting very expensive to live here as it is any place in Massachusetts with the current one party rule. Nice area if you can afford it. Some young kids but mostly adults at this point. "
  • Nomorejunkmail01
"Easy, no traffic . The roads are nice here and you can get places easily without traffic. Close to Carver & Plymouth"
  • ET
"Different roads are more walkable than others. Some with sidewalks, some without, some quieter streets with no sidewalks, and really busy streets with them. It’s pretty variable depending on the street. "
  • TE
"I’ve lived in this area for over 15 years, it is very neighborly with a small town community spirit. "
