Home has 2 large bedrooms, an extra large master bedroom, a full kitchen with separate dining area and a nice sized (and shaped) living room. Master bedroom has a huge walk in closet. There are wood floors throughout and tons of storage (there's even climate controlled "basement" storage with a deadbolt lock on door). All appliances (with the exception of microwave) are included - even washer and dryer. Tenant(s) will be responsible for all utilities, maintaining the yard and reporting any issues with the home ASAP. We strive to keep our homes well maintained and cared for and look for like minded tenants. Enjoy beautiful canyon and mountain views from almost all windows and outside areas. This lovely home is in close proximity to many schools, shopping, services and restaurants. Neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friendly and take care of their property.

No smoking in the home. First month, last month and deposit required prior to move in. Utilities not included. (Gas, Water/Garbage and Electric) Landscaping responsibility of the renter. Tenants with pets will have to pay a non-refundable pet fee and a $25 additional monthly pet rent. Certain breeds will require liabilitiy/renters insurance. Unfortunately at this time we cannot accept Section 8 or Vouchers.
