The lease is for one year.
Rent is $1800 per month, due on the 1st of each month.
A security deposit of $3600 is required at lease signing and is refundable upon move-out, pending a property inspection.
A maximum of two animals are allowed with an additional security deposit of $400 per animal. No other pets are permitted.
Appliances are included with the property.
Renters are responsible for paying electric and utility costs.
The landlord is responsible for maintenance and repairs, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and general property upkeep, unless a professional determines the issue was caused by the occupant.
Smoking is not allowed on the property.
Renters may add shelves and make minor modifications, as long as they are restored to their original condition at move-out unless otherwise agreed upon.
A late payment fee of $216 will apply to every late rent payment, with no exceptions.
Move-in and move-out procedures will include an inspection, and all keys must be returned upon move-out.

It is growing all the time and more nice homes are being built. The water is good. The schools are great and parents are proud to be involved. It is a great area and great place to call home. Crime is very low because it is Williamson county and they don't up with crime here. Georgetown is 8 to 10 minutes from here and the toll road 130 will get you anywhere pretty quickly. The rents are very reasonable and you get a lot of space for your money. It is a nice place to call home! "
