Upstairs is the loft-- a spacious bedroom. Original hardwood floors that have been beautifully refinished and wood burning Fireplace to Enjoy. Kitchen has Granite counters with Cherry cabinets. Stainless steel appliances and ceramic floors. Windows have been upgraded allowing lots of sunlight and spacious open enjoyment. Lower level family room with extra 3 storage rooms. (Landlord is currently working on repainting). Basement is finished. Central air, all plumbing and electrical was updated in 2012. Siding was replaced in 2014. Nice sized fenced backyard of 7000 sqft with a nice firepit in the middle and deck to enjoy on a sunny day. Deck stairs will be replaced prior to tenant moving in.

The property is conveniently located near Salem Elem. School, right off I-81 Exit. Is is located 3min from Walmart, & 5 min from Hagerstown City Park, etc. Inquire for more details.

1 year lease is REQUIRED. Rent amount is subject to change based on annual change in property taxes and property insurance. Tenant must pay provide proof of their renter's insurance prior to moving in. Renters pay their utilities: electric, water and sewer up. Up to 3 small pets allowed. Each pet requires $50 security deposit.
No smoking/ illegal drugs and no illegal activities in the premises. Tenant will maintain the lawn, there's already a push lawnmower in the shed, but if it breaks, tenants must get their own.

There are still stuff in the premises because the property manager is still in the process of moving out until first week of January, but please let me know if you'd like to schedule viewing-- preferrably after Christmas.

The home is not available until Feb 1st or mid- Feb due to ongoing home improvements, as repainting in cold weather is not advisable outside. Lead and City Inspection is going to be completed before the tenant can move in. No hold, unless a tenant pays an application fee, get approved and pay both Security deposit, 1st month's rent and sign the lease.

    "Lots of people have dogs so I don’t feel bad walking my dog or if he barks. Everyone picks up after their dogs usually and there’s plenty of places to walk your dog. Also a big park near by for running with your dog. Every dog I have met has been friendly and so are their owners. I wish there was a fenced dog area in the neighborhood but there isn’t. Closest one is a few miles away. "

Beyond that there is the occasional yard sale but community events are few and far between in the neighborhood. "
