REASON HOUSE BACK ON THE MARKET: The buyer backed out because of a hired handyman that gave false claims of the condition of the crawl space. Please see Documents for actual photos of the Crawl Space (photos taken on December 16, 2022). In 2021, the work completed included: replaced floor joists, sub flooring, adding footers; Alpha Foundations installed 3" Helical Pier, steel supplemental support beam, drainage matting, encapsulated crawl space and installed Dehumidifier. The crawl space looks great - take a look at the pictures!

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAltama Elementary was the best school Ever! My fondest childhood memories began here from 1978-1982. My favorite teachers were Mrs. Eula Wells, Ms. Kaye Roberson & Ms. Dottye McClendon....course it was a different time back then. Teachers really cared about a child's academics & well being. There was creativity, parent involvement and most of all we acted like children and were into childish things like -playing outside, Sesame Street, arts & crafts, games, performing in school plays at PTA. The teacher's job is to channel their inner child and make learning fun and inspirational. The parent's job is to show interest, reinforce, volunteer, teach their child good moral values and come to PTA. Take the computers out and of elementary schools and let these kids PLAY and watch Sesame Street and sing songs from the Sound of Music & Mary Poppins!!!!Other Review13y ago - Glynn Academy

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOur family loves Glynn Academy. Rich in history, this is a downtown school (gated) and has the feel of a college campus. Teachers will push and encourage your child beyond their comfort zone. They are quick to offer college referrals and really prepare your child to hit college running. They really go beyond what is expected from teachers and invest in your children. Sports and team spirit play a huge role at GA. Terrors Football has produced some college & NFL level players. In addition, Terrors baseball is home to Adam Wainwright (pitcher for St. Louis Cardinals). Tennis, Golf, Volleyball, Softball, Sailing, Theater etc. They have something for everyone. GA is home to the Pride of the Golden Isles Band, who have won many Champion titles in marching band competitions. As a parent, there may be some kinks - well nothing is perfect and this is a big learning age - but two of my daughters have attended here as will my youngest when the time comes. I highly recommend Glynn Academy! GO TERRORS!!Parent Review2y ago - Needwood Middle School
