We're local Jackson residents, not property managers. We take care of our property and are looking for a tenant who'll do the same.

We recently had our second child, so we will be showing the home to all potential renters on Saturday, May 23rd. Sorry we can't accommodate more spontaneous viewings - our life is just too chaotic right now. We're looking for a great long-term tenant minimum 12-month lease. One-month security deposit and first month's rent due at signing. One covered parking space is included. The unit is partially furnished, with furniture negotiable. Tenants are responsible for utilities and routine maintenance. No smoking and no pets, please. No short-term or vacation rentals. Strong rental history and credit required we'd love to find someone who'll treat this place like home!
