Ceramic tile and hardwood floors except carpet in 2 BR. Washer/dryer. Off street Parking for 4 and unattached Garage, backyard and patio with table/chairs, fire pit and outdoor grill included as well. Very close to Uptown Normal, all ISU activities and many restaurants, bars and shopping opportunities. Internet/wifi provided.

30 day minimum contract and month to month after initial 30 days mutually agreed upon by both parties. Absolutely no pets. $500 security deposit, $250 cleaning fee both due up front. No large gathering parties. (Over 10 people). Absolutely no smoking indoors (cigarettes, marijuana or vaping). Smoking detection device on premises. Trash to be taken out to street each week. $150 utilities payable each month.
