This was our family home and has been meticulously cared for and decorated with a modern Scandinavian aesthetic. Enjoy modern high end appliances, granite countertops, luxury laminate floors, blackout shades in all bedrooms (motorized for high windows), a large front deck, and two lake facing balconies, one on the main floor and one off the master bedroom. One dedicated parking spot right outside and plenty of additional parking for a 2nd car.
1 year lease preferred but will consider around 6 months at 4800/mo with 2 months + security deposit up front, or $5,000/mo for less than 6 months (includes utilities).
For a 1 year least - First months rent plus 1 month's rent as security deposit.
The condo is being rented furnished.
Tenants are responsible for their own snow removal on the decks and steps up to the front door, but the HOA is amazing and very diligent about clearing all streets and roads allowing easy access to highway 50.
Internet and HOA paid by owner. The tenant is responsible for all other utilities.
