"Nothing in Vandercroft farms anymore. We used to have quarterly events, but the current HOA is trash"
  • Tari W.
"I have lived in Bunnlevel / Anderson Creek for 20+ years and quite enjoy the quiet neighborhoods and wildlife."
  • Mike
"Basically 20 minutes to just about anything you need. Short trip to Raleigh metro. Mountains or Ocean is a half day travel. "
  • RG
"Unfortunately there are no walking areas in the neighborhood, however yard space makes up for it so the fur babies can run. "
  • Rod
"My neighborhood is great and the neighbors are awesome, only 18 maybe 20 minutes away from post, plenty of different routes to go in and out, very calm and centralized area, The best place I have ever thought I will be in "
  • Dustinbrost
"kids play outside unsupervised without worry. Everyone keeps to themselves and is very respectful if each other"
  • Aaron W.
"We don't usually have any community events here in bunnlevel besides going to the pool and fourth of July and holidaye"
  • Tari W.
"crime? not around here. horse friendly area."
  • royt9
"I loved living in this neighborhood. It was close to base and if we use the Manchester gate entrance we only have 2 traffic lights in a 12 mile, 12 min. country drive. It was great to get a way from the bustle of Fayetteville knowing Sanford, Holy Springs, and Fuquay Varina were all close and took the same time to commute to as it would have to fight the traffic in fayetteville. We loved walking every morning and evening and the friendly exchange of hellos between neighbors. Pet play dates, play dates for kids, the added security of knowing your neighbors were watching your home while you were gone was all wonderful. Raven Rock, fresh produce farm stands, close to airports, and all the homes are different rather than cookie cutter made this a great place to live. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO MILITARY FAMILIES LOOKING FOR SPACE, PRIVACY, YET CONVENIENCE TO EVERYTHING THEY NEED. Especially great for military families who may want to utilize child care services, play groups, access to other military families as Linden Oaks is 6 miles away as well. WE LOVED IT HERE!"
  • royt9
"THIS IS AN AMAZING AREA TO LIVE IN. QUIET, COUNTRY, CLOSE TO BASE AND SHOPPING IN FAYETTEVILLE, SANFORD, HOLY SPRINGS, AND FUQUAY VARINA. ACCESS TO FAYETTEVILLE REGIONAL AIRPORT AND RDU WITH MINIMAL TRAFFIC, WITHIN AN HR ( BACK ROAD NO TRAFFIC DRIVE) TO RALEIGH. MOST PEOPLE HAVE PETS AND KIDS AND EVERYONE WATCHES OUT FOR EVERYONE ELSE- HOME, PETS AND KIDS TOO. 15 MINUTES TO RAVEN ROCK STATE PARK FOR GREAT HIKING/ FAMILY OUTING OPPORTUNITIES. COUNTY TO PUT IN WALKING TRAILS AND RECREATION AREA WITHIN 2 MILES OF THE SUBDIVISION IN THE NEAR FUTURE. MILITARY FRIENDLY AREA!"
