  • jombi
"This is one of the best areas of Long Beach to live. There are two Blue Ribbon schools nearby, great restaurants, and a very friendly neighborhood feel. The homes in the area are all well maintained and crime is all but non-existant. Police in the area are quite visible and are very fast to respond to the few incidents (items in a garage or a bike stolen). Most of the residents have lived here a long time and most of us know each other. "
