About this House

Red cottage located near our house on 4 acres, just outside of Rolla (5 minutes past Menards). Quiet and peaceful. Recently painted, large, living room, leading into an open kitchen, plus a large bedroom. No pets. If you are interested in a peaceful rental, please reach out to us. Partly furnished (bed, recliner, storage).

There is a walk required from the parking spot to the front door (about 1 minute). There is no way to park directly in front of the house.

Water is from a well (so free). Electricity is billed monthly based on use.
