We have LOVED living the Island Life in this home for the last four years, and have lovingly updated it to be a beautiful, comfortable, functional place to call home. The yard is both low-maintenance (and maintained for you each month!) and lush. A flagstone path leads you to a built-in firepit, a raised garden bed with culinary herbs already growing, and the yard is filled with plants that surround you in green and color. French doors off the kitchen/dining area lead directly to a fabulous wooden deck, perfect for entertaining and dining al fresco. Another set of french doors lead from the living area to a covered back porch. A ship-lap and wood-beam ceiling in the dining room is open to a kitchen with an island at its heart (so many fun evenings spent around this island, cooking with my little one, or cocktails in hand with my husband!) a chef's pantry, and new stainless appliances. The kitchen flows directly into a vaulted living area with recessed lighting and an electric fireplace, perfect for year-round ambience without heat, but also heats the room when you want it to. The ensuite Master bath has a tub, shower, double vanity and large walk-in closet. Every room has natural light. Great water pressure throughout! Tons of storage. Washer/dryer is included and located inside. Zoned for the best schools in Corpus (Flour Bluff, Port Aransas, or Seashore are all options), this is a fantastic place for kids. 17 minutes to NAS/CCAD. We are totally pet-friendly too ($500 pet deposit is fully refundable!)!

One year lease is preferred but we can be flexible with military assignments. Owner pays for yard maintenance and pest control. Tenant pays all utilities to include water/sewer/garbage, electricity, internet/cable. No smoking. Room for an extra (3rd) vehicle or trailer to the left of the large, 2-car driveway.
