This is a nice house in a good neighborhood. Freshly painted, new flooring throughout, new windows, roof and a fenced back yard on a corner lot. There are 2 bedrooms on one side of the house with a bathroom in the hall. Opposite the kitchen is another bedroom with a bathroom/laundry room combination. Clothes washer and dryer hook ups but washer and dryer not included. One or Two year lease. Rent is $1300 Security Deposit is $1325. A pet is allowed with prior approval and additional pet deposit of $500. The yard care and utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. We are NOT set up for section 8 Thank you.
