"This is a great area for all age groups. Walking distance to Riverwalk Park, bike path, and restaurants. Now that the new freeway is available off Allen Rd, my travel time has been cut in half."

"This is good, clean and safe community. Nothing is really close, that is why I believe walkability is terrible. But you are only four to five minutes away by car from major retail shops and restaurant. Not to mention that riverwalk is only 3 miles away. There is no nightlife, this is mostly a middle-class family oriented community. "
