Description

Freshly painted new carpet in two bedrooms, hardwood floors, new vinyl flooring in the kitchen second floor outside patio and one garage space. There is shared coin operated laundry in the basement. We do a credit and background check of anybody 18 and over staying or living at the property. We would ideally like a credit score at 6:25 or above and at least three months rental as the income.

Please no pets no evictions a credit score of 625 or above would be desired and at least three times the monthly rent is income no smoking tenant pays electric. We pay the heat. There is no central air so you would provide your own air conditioning window units. We do a credit and background check on anybody 18 and over it cost $30 per person. I will credit you back if you come to terms with a lease each person must sign the application. There are four places that require releases and signatures.

    "I moved here from the big city. My neighbors on both sides & across the street have been wonderful. The men in the block takes care of the snow. When I’m not home or sick my garbages goes out. They have even cut my grass. Picks up after their dogs. July 4 Halloween events for all. Schools are great with great caring teachers. "
