 Oak wood floors in living room, hallway and both bedrooms. Tile floors in bathroom, and new wood vanity.
 Large closet in bathroom and, food pantry closet in kitchen.
 Kitchen big enough for table in kitchen! Ceiling fans, refrigerator with ice maker, elec stove/oven, garbage disposal. This is a non smoking home. No section 8 !! Completely Vetted nice dogs ,and inside only vetted cats welcome with rules Pitbulls very welcome... All adults must have same job, or same occupation for one
year, and must be of course currently be working, or have proof of disability, retirement award letter on hand! All adults must have solid one year landlord reference. This is not a party home.
