Stays super cool here from the ocean breeze. Can walk to Torrey Pines Preserve, grocery store, library, post office, restaurants, local shops, One Paseo, Del Mar Highlands, the cliffs, beaches and downtown.
There is a large 2-car garage (full of fun things with lots of room for yours a well) and driveway in the front of the house with a second refrigerator/freezer, modern updated gas water heater, alongside a washer and dryer. A recently remodeled 10' x 16' shed out back. We have a sprawling backyard space with both propane and charcoal grills, lounge chairs, dining table, tangerines, clementines, meyer lemons, lilacs, roses, rhododendron, etc. There is a drought tolerant front yard landscaped and irrigated with succulents and fresh herbs.
Inside the house, there are two living rooms: one at the entry of the house with fireplace and one at the back of the house (only carpeted space in common areas). The kitchen is large with upgraded appliances: double-door refrigerator with pull out freezer, dish washer, microwave, and gas burning stove/oven. Ample cabinet space, dry goods pantry, breakfast lounge nook, coffee/tea station, etc. There is new vinyl wood flooring thru most of the common areas on the first floor and all bedrooms. Double-pane windows throughout.
The place is tidy, well organized and house cleanliness is kept up with on the daily. Current roommates are both mid 40's single male professionals. Our hobbies include hiking, camping, surfing, motorcycles, scuba diving, skiing, painting, etc. The house stays very busy. Empathetic, kind, understanding and organized healthy lifestyles all around. Genuine caring personalities with a good sense of humor. The home is a nice and relaxing environment. We share all space at the house (common areas, kitchen, front/backyard) and respect each others.

Security deposit equal to one month of rent. Lease is a month to month but most tenants are here for at least a year if not longer. Will prorate first months rent based on move in date. Bills are split equally between all roommates and are usually anywhere between $200-250 per person with three of us here.
Our ideal roommate would be similarly independent well adjusted communal living habitat types. We do our best to get together once a week, to make sure everyone is happy and healthy, and to discuss any house business. This is a friendly and respectful place where everyone shares the household and looks out for each other. Seeking goal oriented motivated and like minded individuals to share the home with.
