Walking distance to the boundary's elementary, middle and high school. Short distance to Little Cottonwood Canyon for hiking, camping and winter sport activities.

Lease is for 18 months and then month to month. Renter is responsible for monthly utilities. No smoking of any kind is allowed by renters or guests. First months rent and security deposit are due at signing. Cats, dogs and fish are ok, no other animals are allowed.
