Welcome to our 4- plex building. A nice and cozy apartment in a nice building with friendly neighbors. Minutes from schools, shopping, dining, churches, and so much more. The unit comes with a living room, kitchen, a bathroom, and an access to the garage in the first floor and 2 bedrooms and a full bath upstarirs. The unit has a nice 2 car garage with remote control. Also the unit has its own New central air conditioning system. We don't have wall heaters. In summer you don't need to buy fans anymore. You will not find any apartment in that area with central air. The central air is great in hot summer days. We provide on site laundry room for your convenience . The square footage of the apartment is great 1098 sf.
