The storage closet on the outdoor patio includes a hookup for a stackable washer/dryer. The condo has a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, three (3) lighted ceiling fans, and wall heaters.

The Casa del Mar gated condo complex consists of 36 units for a more personal and quiet living. The complex includes a pool that overlooks the valley, a separate heated jacuzzi area and another separate sitting area, lots of lawn chairs and tables with umbrellas. There are laundry facilities available in the complex.

$3,100 rent includes water, trash, sewer. Tenant is responsible for phone, gas, electric, internet and cable. Non-smoking condo. One house trained cat or dog less than 25 lbs (per HOA rules) are okay with an additional pet security deposit of $500 and additional $50 monthly rent.

Location is 1 mile from the beach, Torrey Pines, Del Mar race track, Del Mar fair grounds. Across the street is the nicely hidden Del Mar Heights Village shopping center that includes Von's, CVS and various restaurants. Down the hill heading east is a shopping center, restaurants, movie theatre and One Paseo. Less than 6 miles from UCSD.

This is a quiet, breezy, spacious condo with a great view and wonderful quiet and mature neighbors. Available to move in Dec 1st. Current tenants may be available to show the place now.
