About this House

Shadow glen community includes access to a 24 hour GYM + beautiful pool (both 2 blocks away!), many community events like book clubs, yoga, food truck, events, walking/biking trails with ponds and exercise circuits, less than 10 min drive or you could walk or bike to HEB, Home Depot, restaurants, gas stations stores, bars etc..

The room is large, queen fits well but king would be a squeeze, walk in closet, bathroom unattached but private, with tub. Internet, electric, heat, water etc.. all included as well as access to communal NETFLIX, HBO, and other TV apps. Parking is driveway - off street, I could accommodate some extra storage space in attic or garage if needed for a bicycle or smaller sundries, but the closet in the room is quite large. Back Yard has direct access to the walking/bike trail, I have a BBQ + Smoker and Hot tub private here in the back yard. I have small dogs ( weenies ) but they are well behaved and very loving, they have a dog door so wont bother you to let them in and out... we really prefer not to add any animals to the mix as its typically become complicated.

We have a standard month - to- month lease but basically we just would like 30 days notice to move out so we can have some time to get another tenant in - your deposit is fully refundable as long as 30 days notice is provided and the property is left in clean and undamaged condition.

Other than that as far as house rules - please no tobacco smoking inside, please rinse and place your dishes in the washer after use, other than that please just keep up after yourself in the common areas.

    "Manor may not have lot of shopping, malls or fancy eating places, but you breathe lot easy here. No pollution, noise, honking cars or traffic jams. Lot of new residential contraction is coming up here and is perfect place to raise the kids and family. People pay three times to live in broken houses built in 50s in Austin when you can get newly built house here in Manor."

    "Many families here, school system is now great. Lots of home decor for holidays which is very entertaining. Tennis courts available close to the middle school all year long, same thing for soccer fields or basketball courts. The city is also very diverse and is starting to have more and more businesses opening. "

    "There isn't much to do in the Manor area. Any fine dining, or entertainment will have to be found closer to Austin. The city is rapidly growing, so traffic, and crime is on the rise. Manor is a relatively quiet, and safe place to live. "
