This is a lovely upstairs unit. It is adjacent to a house, but is its own private home. The entrance to the studio is up a flight of stairs, on the second floor, and the apartment itself contains an upstairs loft (the 3rd floor of the house).
There is a private balcony/porch, through which you enter.

The main floor of the studio is open floor plan, with a petite yet full kitchen.
The upstairs loft is like a cozy nook/yoga & stretching/hangout/movie-watching space.
The bathroom is on the main floor and it is a good size.

The studio gets nice light, has unique angles, and is really a one-of-a-kind space. It's a perfect spot for the right person.

It comes furnished and decorated (unless specific arrangements are made, you bring your own bedding & towels), but if you'd like to bring your own artwork and change things up, that is totally OK.

$1550 monthly includes all utilities.
Well-behaved Animals are welcome, per discussion and with a fee.
$850 deposit

No smoking indoors.
There is no laundry on site.

    "I live close to the bike path. A lot of druggie/homeless persons in the area. My car has been broken into, my bike was stolen off the second story balcony. Neighbors for the most part ok. But others are in your personal business. "

    "The bike/walking path is convenient to walk dogs, bike, shorten your walking route. Some areas of the walking path are occupied by the transient community, but I have not had any problems with them personally. "

    "I have lived in the Westmoreland area for 2.5 years and I love it! It's quiet, which is my favorite part. 18th is busy, but once you get about a block away, the noise isn't bad. I walk around the neighborhoods nearby a lot with my dog, even in the dark. I feel safe and a lot of the people are very friendly. You can feel secluded, or you can take a quick walk to the store or a restaurant a few minuets away by car. Most properties are well kept and a few even decorate for the holidays."
