Nice yard. There is one side of the garage available for parking inside, additional parking in driveway and on the street. Renter will pay a $30 fee to have credit and background checked. Two months security deposit required with lease. Small cat or dog under 25lbs will be considered on a case by case basis. NO other animals allowed.

    "I use to live on packerville Rd in Plainfield for 15 years an I have to say that this is a very good area to raise kids the schools are good. Well good now the high school the old high school wasn't the best but now seeing that they built a new school "
