No smoking inside. This is a great little place. It's clean, sitting on a large lot in a quiet setting. It's 9800 ft. . The home is very small with a very comfortable covered porch on the front. It's grey with Wayne's coat and white. It's been updated. The windows are trimmed, painted, and white with an updated brand-new energy-efficient heating and cooling system in the main area. The gray with white trim painted ceilings. All of the paint is new inside, and most has been touched up or painted on the outside. The deposit, the last month's rent, and fees are prorated. The first month makes a large amount. It does have a tenant incentive with a monthly discount of $50, but it is only month-to-month. Any violations or payment that doesn't get received is honored before the first month. Please be sure you call my number, leave the time and day you would like to review it, and your email with your name so I can put you in my contacts. I have my own application which doesn't require a $30.05 fee. My place is small.

I LOVED it! It was in a great location in Branson and it did not have any hint of bad traffic surrounding it despite it's location. The staff was great, they always fixed things right away. Yes they are picky about who the accept to live there and I'm ok with that because that means I'm safer in the long run. The only thing that I was upset about was the fact that they didn't allow pit bulls. They DO allow dogs, don't get me wrong, just not pit bulls. And I was obviously upset about having to give away my puppy after just getting him. But, that's my fault for not asking. Anyway, great place to live would def recommend!! Clean, new, beautiful, great gym & pool..."
