"There are no high rise buildings in Melbourne Beach. Cities north and south of Melbourne Beach are building up. Not Melbourne Beach. It is a wonderful place to enjoy the beach, great food, and raise a family."
  • Steven Rodrigo
"Melbourne Beach hasn’t been tainted by big business or land developers looking to build big hotels. It still maintains its small town charm through the years. It’s a great place to raise kids and have pets."
  • Rledwards35

  • k66hunt
"Melbourne Beach is primarily older , retired people. To the west part of Melbourne more working families are present. There seems to be many old buildings in Melbourne and not a lot of newer buildings. So many of the older buildings sit empty & make the town look old & dingy. It’s definitely old Florida but that’s why I like it."
  • Rledwards35

  • A.landin24
