Description: We have a room available for rent in a well-maintained 4-bedroom, 2-bath house. This spacious room (220 sq ft) offers ample space and comfort, perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxed living environment. Just 12 minutes from the pier. 6 Month lease preferred, 1 year after that if both parties are happy 1100$ includes ALL utilities.

Requirements: Income: Must earn at least 3 times the monthly rent.

Credit Score: Minimum 700 credit score.

Rental History: Must have positive rental history with references available.

House Features: Shared Bathroom: One of the two bathrooms will be shared.
New Washer and Dryer: Enjoy the convenience of a brand-new laundry setup.
Large Backyard: Ideal for outdoor activities and relaxation.

Current Housemates: Two Males: Ages 25 and 27. Both are laid back, work a lot, and maintain a clean, shareable living space. Have friends over very rarely but when we do its never too late as we both work a lot of mornings with some nights as well.

Pet: One housemate has a small dog, but no additional pets are allowed.
Additional Info: No AC, having a portable AC is highly recommend for the summer months.

Parking: Can fit 5 cars in drive way; 3 wide closest to the house and 2 wide below those 3. Easier to park on the street so that we dont have to shift cars continuously.

    "first of all gangs ,people walkin in all hours especially when the sun starts to go down wierd peolpe start to see what your are moving into your home ,ask you for cigarettes when your tring to unload groceries with my family , police dont help , crystal meth nieghbor with the white house with the blue tarp on the roof that belongs to jack , dont walk outside late at night theres people fighting in the streets with and without weapons, gang members walikng down the street late at night that love to walk in the darkest part of tropicana drive , im glad to be out of that nieghborhood , if you deside to live there have oceanside p.d.'s number avaliable at all times . there is church every sunday morning in the nieghbors house they are asian and are really nice peole and dont park your car in the street in a certain part of the week , they will ticket you $65.00 every time."
