There is a laundry room on site, a patio area in front of the unit (great for gardening or relaxing) and much more - a must see unit. A truly great neighborhood, filled with friendly people and multiple amenities, including a coffee house, restaurant market, several parks, convenience stores and dry cleaners within walking distance. The address is also on the Metro bus route, and within convenient walking distance to both the Eastern Market & Union Station Metro stations.
