Semi furnished studio with private entrance. Newly painted , very cozy and clean. Located near freeways and restaurants and shopping . Very nice neighborhood . Close to Palomar Hospital, Kaiser Hospital and San Marcos University and Palomar College. Landlord lives on site. It does not have a kitchen but has refrigerator and microwave .

Owner pays for utilities like water, electricity, wifi. No smoking ,no pets allowed.
One year lease is required. Tenant responsible for keeping studio clean and well maintained. No loud noise after 10:00pm. Tenant is the only person allowed to live in the studio.
