Room Description

Fully furnished downstairs bedroom with shared bathroom. The room features a full sized bed with new bedding,a 5 drawer dresser and a small computer stand. It has plenty of outlets for your electronics. The closet is spacious with a shoe rack. There's a 19 inch smart flatscreen TV , microwave, portable fan & heater as well as a mini fridge all for your enjoyment while renting our room.

This is an occupied single family home, offering the downstairs bedroom for rent. The fully furnished bedroom (tv, mini fridge and microwave included) does not have a private bathroom. There is a shared downstairs bathroom for your use.

The monthly rent is $850.00.
The deposit is $600.00
Total move in cost is $1450.00
The deposit cannot be used as rent during anytime of the contract.
The terms are Month to Month, requiring a 30 day written notice to vacate from either the tenant or landlord. If a 30 day notice is not given by the tenant, the deposit is forfeited and the tenant is not entitled to a refund.

Utilities are included in the monthly rent unless there is a significant increase in the utilities in which case we will need to reevaluate accordingly and in addition to the rent, the tenant will be required to pay that increase.

There is plenty of street parking in the front and on the side street of the home. No parking in the driveway or on the property.

Tenant is responsible for their own toiletries, laundry supplies and food. As well as cleaning up after themselves. The bedroom and shared bathroom are to be kept cleaned daily and to be kept clutter free.

Tenant is not allowed to make any changes OR reconstruction to any part of the property including the bedroom and / or bathroom.
The tenant does not have the right to add locks to the door or window without prior discussion and permission from landlord.
Aside from normal wear and tear, The tenant is responsible to pay for any damages caused by them.

We love pets and children however, our home is not equipped to accommodate them. If you have weekend visits with your children, this is not a good match for you. No overnight guests. Any guest must leave by 10pm. No parties of any sort. Smoking permitted outside. No drinking on the property.
