The large open den, dining area, and living room have beautiful bamboo wood floors while the dining area and kitchen are tiled. There is a half bath and tons of windows. Out the back door is a small balcony for grilling or chilling.

Upstairs are three bedrooms, a loft, two bathrooms and a very nice laundry area with washer/dryer. Tiled bathrooms and laundry have beautiful hickory cabinets for extra storage. Tall closets in all bedrooms are designed to give you much more capacity than typical closets. Master closet is a walk-in.

It has central air conditioning and heating, with ceiling fans located throughout the home. The entire ground floor is a tuck-under garage and storage, room for two cars plus another 300 sq. ft. of storage and another small environmentally controlled enclosed storage room. The garage huge at two cars wide, 37 feet deep! More parking is available on the street.

Convenient access to work and play: Centennial City Park - 3 minute walk. This park is great for kids with water play features, and families will enjoy the special events with outdoor movies and music.

Cherry Creek State Park - 10 minute walk; Light rail parking - 5 minute drive; I-25 access - 6 minute drive; I-225 access - 13 minute drive, and is in-district to the top-rated Cherry Creek School District.
