Tenant only pays electric which is usually ~$20/Month! Plenty of parking on street for you and guests. When the snow melts, the beach and beautiful lakefront running/bike trail are only steps away!

Deposit of $650 is needed to hold the apartment during the application process. It will apply towards your first month's rent. There is also an application fee of $50. Owner pays trash, sewage, water, and gas. Tenant only pays electric.
