Cleanliness: The townhouse should be kept clean throughout the lease and handed back in the same condition. The security deposit will be deducted for cleaning/fixing/damages fund at the end of the lease.
HOA Rules: Tennent should ad-here to HOA rules shared during the signing of the rental lease agreement
Landlord visit: The Landlord will visit the townhouse with 24 hours of notice to make sure, the townhouse is maintained appropriately.
