4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a former student, I recconmend your child comes here. The sanitary was great!! I loved every teacher, and as an intelligent student, the teachers help all the children learn. The teachers are quite caring and understanding. The worst grade is probably 3rd. Everything is well kept, and the learning standards are quite high. Technology is up to date and all the students have fun. My 6 years there, there was no bullying, which is outstanding. This is an amazing school.Other Review10y ago - Bluff City Middle School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy kids attended BCMS for 4 years. My oldest son was a victim of bullying and the schools and teachers did not do anything to help him. He was always called names and made fun of and teachers ignored it. His classmates stole from him, damaged his personal items and schools were always making up excuses to cover up the negligence on their end. And when my son did speak up to the bullies he was written up for using a bad language. They had too much favoritism and the schools does not provide lockers. Kids have to carry their books and coats from class to class. The principal never smiles, he does not have any leadership skills or any compassion to help the kids in need. My son was always too scared to share his feelings with any of the staff after it was overlooked so many times. He just learned to become strong and ignore. We finally moved and I am so glad my kids are out of this school. I do not recommend.Parent Review5y ago - Sullivan East High School

"It’s just like a big city. With the exception of a couple of houses , the neighbors don’t care about anyone else. They disturb others and act as if it doesn’t matter. They can be foul mouth, rude, be disrespectful and completely devoid of common decency around neighbors. In a word this is not an appropriate neighborhood to raise children to have manners and be kind to others."
