Come home to peace and quiet in this cute, little house tucked away in the middle of the block, not on the street. Your own private front garden, surrounded by a white picket fence, leads to your front door. Private parking. Classic Sonoma.

We are a pet friendly property welcoming dogs and cats of all sizes!

Looking for a quiet, friendly, pleasant, non-smoking, long-term tenant. Quiet hours on the property are 9:00PM-6:00AM.

One-year lease at $1,595/mo. Refundable security deposit is $1,595. One off-street assigned parking spot. Owner pays for water and sewer, tenant pays all other utilities. A maximum of two small, quiet, well-cared for and well-behaved pets allowed. Laundry is on the property, coin-operated. We require credit and background checks, former landlord references, income verification, and ID. Reminder: This tiny home has a separate kitchen area but is a studio and is under 300 square feet.
