We have no water or sewage bills since we have a well and septic tank. We have also installed a water-softener system.
Our Dish Satellite reception eliminates the need for cable. We also have installed an antenna on a tower for free local station reception, should you choose not to subscribe to Dish.
1500 sq. ft. of solid, finished, natural Oak hardwood flooring has been purchased and is going being installed on the entire first floor, once all of the walls and ceilings have been freshly painted. Plus the electric furnace has just been replaced with a new high efficiency propane furnace.

As a parent/volunteer, I have never been turned away from an event -- or from the school during the regular school day. There is not a subpar teacher in the place! All the teachers (Yes, all. I have taken the time to meet them.) genuinely love the students and are committed to their future success. I am a little saddened that the principal is retiring, but I have full confidence in her replacement.
