"Manhattan Beach is a peninsula separated from the rest of Brooklyn by Sheepshead Bay on three sides and is surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean and the Bay. Shopping, schools and houses of worship are within a walkable distance. The area has a rich history. Once an exclusive and rich neighborhood, the area attracted a movie stars and other famous people. Houses have large and well maintained gardens and you feel you are in a suburb instead of in the city."
