About this House

I am looking for someone to take over my 3b1.5b duplex townhouse near campus in spring 2022! This is a great deal of affordability and convenience for students, small families, and visiting scholars. Monthly rent $1375 in total
You can't beat the price for a place within 20 minutes walking distance to the library.

Renters pay electricity/internet; Landlord pay water/sewer/trash/landscaping/snow removal. Utility bills have been very reasonable. Two car parking have been paid for through July 2022 and permits will be transferred to you for FREE. The apartment was rented to me unfurnished and it has been a comfortable home to me in the past two years with the furniture and other stuff I added. I can also gift three AC units, basic furniture, and gym stuff to you if needed! The earliest move-in date is 12/15 and is negotiable. The lease ends 7/31/2022 and you can renew the lease with the landlord when taking over my lease. The sublet will need to be approved by the landlord. Message me for more pics and details.
