Each adult tenant applicant must complete a credit check and background check first. Send us the info before touring home. No calls as we are viewing in order as they come in and reading takes time. Will contact you please show complete application and "work history " for 3 months and not just putting down as a total income , must also reflect the total and put down documentations too, 3 months. Must show documentation to prove the total income of all that plan to stay in rental . Or it's an uncompleted application. All the Documents needed to send us to reflect the total incomes you put down is important for a completed application. if we need more info. then you sent to us. Text is on for tenants. We Will read your paperwork in order. Thank you for your patience. DO NOT REQUEST TOUR UNTIL APPROVED and application is fully done with documentation to show the number of income you put in by total applicants. No background check, no tour. Right now may LOOK AT 33 PIX FOR YOUR Virtual TOUR! You can make appointment for drive by to see gated property after application approval. Tenants still live there busy moving and can view it, only , if still available on the 1st. Move in on the 4th if still available.

Rent is ONLY $2000 per month, (plus $200 for electricity and water bill to landlords ) on time, without us asking , tenants must pay their monthly water and electricity of $100.00 ($200 total) each to landlords. And trash pickup fee tenant pays, with cans rental and must show they are renting cans for their trash weekly pickup from company! You must pay for your own trash removal from local trash company.
