Quiet back house (front house is 1354 Argonne) of a duplex with private yard, new paint, flooring, and air conditioning. Recently remodeled kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave and washer/dryer. Peaceful neighborhood near golf course, Long Beach Playhouse, restaurants and shopping.

The rental agreement is month to month or one year lease. Tenant pays for gas, refuse and electricity. Landlord pays for water. Parking is on the street and is permitted by the city. Tenants will need to purchase an annual pass from the city. Smoking is not permitted inside the house but outdoors is fine. Property comes with a gardener.

    "it’s nice like any other place that has the ups and down however, for the most part, people are friendly and neighborly. Issue is that some houses and apartment are oversaturated with tenant which causes a decrease of actual parking space on the street so parking is horrible. Worse than a lot of parts in LA."

    "There are many families in our neighborhood often walking with their kids in strollers, bikes and walking their pets too. There are two parks walking distance from here. You do have to be cautious though because there are also homeless people roaming sometimes and they set up tents on Anaheim, just always be aware of your surroundings. "
