    "I've been here for 3 years. It's very walkable, close to the beaches, parks, library, 7-11, Ocean View Shopping Center, and places to eat. And public transportation is also available, Hampton Roads Transportation. "

    "I used to work in Berkley and it was about 25 minutes. Part of Ocean View Avenue is under construction so that cause a bit of congestion. "

    "It is great to visit and live here. It is clean and orderly, people are very nice, down to earth and helpful. There are live entertainment sduring the summer months, carnivals and so much more. Drive to city of Norfolk and Virginia Beach is a short distance away. The community are very involve with each other. Overall a great place to be either for vacation or permanent."
