Our unit is located within a 2 minute walk from bus stops that take you directly to either Lake Merritt or Fruitvale BART stations.

Bedroom: Super comfortable hybrid memory and spring Queen-sized bed with fresh linens, towels, and pillows
Living space: The large, bright living room has ample space to enjoy a movie on the 50-inch 4K TV with Chromecast that you can use to cast from your devices. The sofa can be converted into a bed as well of guests.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with new modern appliances and ample overhead recessed lighting. Not to mention, a coffee maker and water heater for your morning coffee and tea!

Please remove your shoes when entering the home. This helps to keep our floors clean and protect our carpets. We provide you with a shoe rack by the door.
Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am and keep noise to a minimum at all other times. The city provides neighbors with a 24-hour hotline to report noise concerns. Loud noise that disturbs neighbors may result in eviction and/or loss of all monies. Guest will be charged a minimum $250.00 fee for calls of noise/compliance complaints.
