A loft office overlooking the common areas features built-in wood desks and bookcases.

The downstairs master suite is extensive, with dual sinks, a large oval tub, and large walk-in closet.

Two upstairs bedrooms share a full bath.

The two car garage is insulated, and includes a workbench and shelves.

Behind the living room is a glass enclosed and air conditioned patio. A flagstone patio is up front. Oak trees front and back and a big side yard, thanks to cul-de-sac lot. The locking shed includes a lawnmower.

Well-behaved pets are allowed with a separate pet deposit and cleaning fee.

Pictures are older, and need updating. The yard isn't as green, and the tree out front was lost to Arborgeddon. The bookcases by the window have been removed.

$55 application fee through avail to cover background and credit checks. Owner pays HOA fees; tenant is responsible for all other utilities. Pets are allowed with an additional deposit and cleaning fee.
