Shared bathroom-house has 2 friendly outdoor cats and soon, a dog.Large garden-2 ponds, shrubs, fruit trees. mature trees- on a half acre lot-- just down the road from a horse ranch and EB Regional Parks Feeder Trail #1 that goes up to the ridge of the Gerlach Preserve and the John Muir Land Trust open space.Some utilities included in month to month rental agreement-you arrange your phone and Internet.$800 plus 25 hours light maintenance. No public ransit nearby. Dark skys, quiet bights-an occasional freight train passing nearby.

No smoking or vaping of any kind. Parking in horseshoe shaped driveway. For a single employed person. Overnight guests limited to family members with prmission by owner for a few days only. Month to month contract. with 30 day move-out noticing. Water here is well water-not suitable for drinking-best you buy bottled water. Owner bears the cost of well pumps, electricity and weekly garbage pick-up. The room has French Doors outlooking on a succulent and herb garden by a large stone patio and 2 ponds of mosquito fish, lily pads aquatic insects such as dragon flies. Many colorful birds come for nectar and insect hunting. At night, wildlife visit the ponds-we hear their mating calls.

Clean parks and clean sidewalk areas gardens with flowers, nice grass growing, 🌹💗 good morals and keeping safe, good parking. no speeding cars in a residential areas, high standards, good to be there at the moment but, gym time is important, having a healthy body matters. saddle ridge is an special beautiful place to live.     "I work in Martinez about 6 minutes away by car and 37 minutes walking, soooooo it’s easy. Highway 4 East is often a nightmare but you can usually get to 680 without getting stuck as long as it’s not between noon and 5pm"
